Do you carry the relevant paperwork for my event?

We have full liability insurance for £5,000,000, a portable appliance testing report and our risk assessments all of which can be produced to satisfy your event requirements.

I am running a small event, do you cater for small events?

We cater for all events from large outdoor events to small events, contact us for more information to discuss your requirements.

My event is quite far away, how far do you travel?

We will consider all events how ever far away.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and cheque and bank transfers

Do your vans have street traders licences?

Yes, all our vans have badges for North South and East Ayrshire councils.

What experience do Franks Ices  have in the ice cream trade?

We have over 30 years experience in the ice cream trade.

What events you have attended

We have done many events such as the Stewarton Bonnet Guild, Dundonald Highland Games, Classic Car Shows, Classic Motor Bike Shows, Kilmaurs, Symington & Newmills Gala Day, Play Day for East Ayrshire Council and Birthday Parties.
